Memories of The Wharf

Reflections on what makes The Wharf so special

Memories of The Wharf: Kate Mulvany & Kip Williams

In 2014, Kate Mulvany and Kip Williams sat side-by-side in an office in The Wharf. Kip was the then Resident Director at STC, and Kate was the Patrick White Playwrights Fellow. An artistic partnership grew between them that manifested in the acclaimed production of The Harp in the South, as well as developing their own creative skills that STC audiences continue to enjoy.

Hear Kate and Kip reflect on why The Wharf is such a special place to create and watch theatre, and hear what special memories lie within the wooden walls of The Wharf that they’ll never forget.
